Keus Smart Home Secures INR 100 Crore Funding Led by OAKS Asset Management
Hyderabad-based innovator, Keus Smart Home, has achieved a significant milestone by securing a robust INR 100 crore funding in its latest financing round, prominently led by OAKS Asset Management. This funding represents a landmark investment in India’s smart home automation sector, positioning Keus as a frontrunner in the rapidly expanding market.
OAKS Consumer Fund, a mid-market private equity fund, spearheaded the funding by contributing INR 80 crore, with the remaining amount covered by the company’s founders, Brijesh Chandwani and Subram Kapoor.

The home automation market in India is witnessing remarkable growth, projected to reach $25.64 billion by 2030, as per Research and Markets, compared to $4.83 billion in 2022. Keus Smart Home stands poised to play a pivotal role in this transformative journey.
Established in 2017, Keus Smart Home specializes in crafting wireless automation systems tailored for discerning Indian homeowners with a focus on premium and luxury segments. The company has achieved notable success, collaborating with architects and interior designers in Hyderabad, deploying its smart home system in over 1,500 high-end residences.
The raised funds will be strategically allocated to establish new experience centers in key cities like Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Pune, and Mumbai, thereby extending Keus’ footprint to Tier I & II cities. Additionally, the capital infusion will drive the development of new products in home automation and lighting, while positioning the brand strategically in the premium homes sector.
